A day in KULA

A cashier opens a shift and counts the cash in the drawer.

The cashier sells at the point of sale screen and takes cash, mobile money or card.

Each sale takes the items out of stock and gets a receipt. With Smart Invoice, KULA also sends the sale to ZRA.

At the end of the shift, the cashier counts the drawer and closes the shift. KULA records whether the cash is short or over.

Once every shift is closed, a manager closes the day.

Once Smart Invoice is on, KULA sends every sale to ZRA in the background, so the customer never waits for ZRA at the counter. After ZRA accepts a sale, you can reprint it as a tax invoice with a QR code.
